late night ramblings

So, where do I begin? I guess I begin by starting. One can only get right to it if work needs to be done. I am rambling just so I can actually see what gets printed, and how things work here on blogspot. The information age is here to stay. I wonder what the next Age will be? We have had the Stone Age, Bronze Age, Industrial Age, and now the Information Age. History will show that we are all informed or misinformed as things go. People can write so much bullshit on these blogs and some actually believe all they read on the internet...no more verifying...whoever has the loudest "voice" whether it be political or personal gets listened to. Who is scripting all the bullshit? no one really knows for sure. Political operatives can start blogs overtly or surreptitiously without consequence...They can injure whomever they please and never have to rise in the sunshine and claim responsibility for their rantings whether it be against the current administration or our country in general.

The latter troubles me the most. Why is it so in vogue for people to trash these United States? It is in our nature to question authority; Americans cherish their right to dissent. However, we seem to have forgotten all that the USA has provided to the world and is still providing. No one ever seems to mention all that our country has contributed to the sciences, medicine, philanthropy, and aide of all kinds and dimensions.

i think the main dissent today is with the administration, which is undeniably abhorious and without much reserve or grace with dealing with outwardly selfish matters. the dissent, commonly, is not "i hate my country," but instead, "give me back my country."
